Maternity T- Shirts. No matter which maternity t shirt you choose you will find comfort in the material and the casual feel of the clothing. You will find comfort in the humor as well. Pregnancy is generally a time of overall discomfort for many women. Finding clothing that is cute and comfortable can be difficult especially towards the end of the journey. However, you are sure to feel nice and comfy in one of the many maternity t shirts available on the market today. Following are five adorable pregnancy tees that will put a smile on your face.

The first of the maternity t shirts that caught my eye during my search for comfortable pregnancy clothing was the “Baby on Board” version. I love the cute little phrase and the designers went all out by adding the detail of the signs that we commonly see in vehicles right into the logo. This adorable maternity tee is a great choice for a mom with a sense of humor.
Mothers who are expecting twins need twice as much humor to deal with the challenges of pregnancy. The “Babies on Board” maternity t shirts are designed in the same fashion as the first tee except they recognize the extra passenger. I love the idea of looking at the babies as passengers for some reason. It is such a cute notion.
The mom of twins might also like really funny “Got Babies?” maternity t shirts. This cute pregnancy tee is inspired by the popular milk commercials and the connection is appropriate as well as hilarious. Of course, the “Got Baby?” tee is also available for those who are expecting just one new arrival.
While these three pregnancy tees are funny, cute and comfortable I really love the following design. This maternity t shirt simply includes a drawing of a kangaroo. This clean design is brilliant because it says so much without using a single word. I have to say that this is my very favorite of the maternity t shirts because it is cleverly understated.
The kangaroo is a great image for an expecting mother but no matter how much we love the idea of carrying the little passenger (or little passengers) there comes a time when an expectant mom is ready to be done with the journey. This never seems to come in a timely manner.
Towards the end of most pregnancies many moms are ready to hold their little ones. The challenges of pregnancy are prevalent in the last couple of months. The “Are We There Yet?” maternity t shirts are wonderful expressions of the drive for the finish.

Danica McKellar From the Wonder Years is Pregnant. Little Danica McKellar From the Wonder Years is all grown up now and expecting her first baby. Danica who played the beloved Winnie Cooper on the show and her husband of one year, Mike Verta, are
expecting their first child come this fall.

"I'm nearing the end of my first trimester and I'm so excited, I've been bursting to tell people," says McKellar, 35. However, she originally put off confirming her suspicions. "I was in the middle of a really intense deadline for my book," explains McKellar, whose third tome, Hot X: Algebra Exposed, comes out in August. "I wanted to put off the [pregnancy] test because I didn't want any distractions. That only lasted a day – I couldn't stop thinking about it and I caved! You can't try to put that off." Initially, even McKellar herself couldn't believe the news. "When you do take the home pregnancy test, it doesn't quite seem real," notes the mathematician and mom-to-be. "But when you see the baby and the heartbeat on the ultrasound, it's so incredible." "Me and Mike looked at each other and we could not stop the tears," she says. "We are so happy."

Pregnancy Skin Care Dealing With Acne and Dry Skin. A common problem that might arise when a women is pregnant is acne. This may be something they haven’t seen since they were teenagers, and they may not remember how to take care of it. Things get tricky in this regard to pregnancy skin care because hormones are out of control to an extent, and there are some products that cannot be used when a woman is expecting. If acne is out of control, a doctor would be the best person to ask about what would be safe and what should be avoided.
Those who have ever been pregnant will tell you that pregnancy can do many strange things to the human body. There are some things that women are prepared for, and there are also things that might come as a huge shock. There are books on the subject, and while most of them contain some of the same stuff, many have little tips that others do not. This means women might miss something they really should know. One thing many ask about is pregnancy skin care and what they can do to keep things under control
Dry skin is another thing that expecting moms have to worry about. Stretch marks come along as well, though there are ways to keep them at bay, or at least lessen them somewhat. It is important that a woman pay attention to this problem. This type of pregnancy skin care should come in the form of a very good moisturizer and should be put all over the body with a concentration on the stomach. If the skin is moist, the stretch marks might not be as bad and the itching of dry skin can be avoided. A good cocoa butter lotion usually works rather well for this.
Though many women don’t think about it, pregnancy skin care should extend to the feet as well. At some point, a woman many not be able to see her feet, but that does not mean she can’t take care of them. A great idea is a foot soak that has moisturizer in it. This is something that the husband can help with, and can also have many other great side effects. Women may have aching feet, and this will help sooth them along with keeping them feeling soft and smooth. For even more help, the dad to be could slather lotion on her feet and legs for her if he is willing.

Exercises You Can Do During Pregnancy. You can find just about any workout redesigned for a pregnant woman’s needs and abilities. No matter how attractive these options may be, please make sure that you talk openly with your doctor about exercise during pregnancy. You physician may have some great ideas and options for you as well.
Exercise during pregnancy can help you stay in shape for the big day. It can elevate your mood and give you the energy you need to get through the day. Delivery is much easier when you exercise during pregnancy simply because your body is stronger. As any mom will tell you, labor takes a lot of energy and strength.
Finding which pregnancy workout is right for you can be a little challenging if you jump right in. Consider your usual workout and choose a program that parallels your normal regime. Exercise during pregnancy shouldn’t have to be an ordeal.

I am an avid walker. Nothing is more important to me than taking a brisk walk through the park or neighborhood. My ideal exercise during pregnancy is walking and I found that I could work out comfortably right up until my delivery date.
My neighbor has another approach to fitness. She jogs at least three times each week. I thought that she couldn’t continue this kind of exercise during pregnancy but I was mistaken. My neighbor continued her jogging routine right up until the last month of her pregnancy. After that, she slowed down to walk with slow pokes like me.
There are times when outdoor exercise is not an option. Cold, wet weather or very hot conditions can be detrimental to a woman who is trying to exercise during pregnancy. You can seriously put yourself and your baby at risk for injury or illness if you work out in unsafe conditions.
Brining the pregnancy workout indoors is often the best option and there are many ideas for getting in your exercise during pregnancy without stepping out of your front door. The treadmill is one of the most sought after indoor workout items. You can recreate the feeling of a nice outdoor walk without going outside.
While jogging and walking are fine for my neighbor and myself these activities may not be on every woman’s top ten. Some people prefer activities like yoga or Pilates. Fortunately, there are videos that help you get this kind of exercise during pregnancy as well.
